26. Ensure that the development of the recreation reserve includes the developmentof the off road trail along the Creek as per Council’s Pathways Plan.Gilbert Street/ Boundary Road reserve27. Determine, in conjunction with the Department of Sustainability and Environment, whoshould manage the reserve (and how it should be developed) to protect significant andvulnerable vegetation, as well as to provide for walking and interpretative opportunities28. Prepare a management plan to address:–– protection of vulnerable flora and fauna, re-vegetation and rehabilitation–– determine the alignment of the trail circuit, fencing and signage–– the limits of acceptable change and activity–– domestic or feral animals and weeds–– monitoring change, and use–– marketing information and interpretation29. Consider creating two loop trail circuits by connecting the existing tracks on the reserveExecutive Summary & Recommended Actions 730.
