26. Ensure that the development of the recreation reserve includes the developmentof the off road trail along the Creek as per Council’s Pathways Plan.Gilbert Street/ Boundary Road reserve27. Determine, in conjunction with the Department of Sustainability and Environment, whoshould manage the reserve (and how it should be developed) to protect significant andvulnerable vegetation, as well as to provide for walking and interpretative opportunities28.
