¶ Megan O’Donnell is still working
and coaching in Everett, MA. She is
coaching varsity soccer, girls hockey,
and freshman softball. Megan has
been working as a teacher in Everett
for the last 3 years and hopes to continue.
Megan has a 1½-year-old niece,
MaryGrace, who means the world to
her. ¶ Kimberly Barrett is now back
in Boston and thoroughly enjoying
the acting scene! She starred as Lina
Lamont in Singin’ in the Rain for a
6-show run at the Emerson Umbrella
Theater, was Cinderella in Heart &
Daggers’ production of Into the Fens,
was featured in the Indie movie
Polyvore, and can be seen haunting
the Hub as Lillian Winters on Old
Town Trolleys’ Ghosts & Gravestones
Tours. In the midst of
all the acting fun, Kimberly found
time to travel to Aruba with fellow
alumna Ashley Villandry ’08 and
Nicole Lantry ’08 in May. The year
has brought many exciting changes,
and Kimberly cannot wait to see
what the coming year holds. ¶ After
working at Salary.com for nearly 3
years, Sarah Boniface accepted a new
position at Monster in June. She is
working as a compensation analyst
focusing on equity programs and is
involved in various compensation and
benefits projects.

is living in Washington, DC, working
as the Area Coordinator for
Securitas Security Services, and she
is planning on receiving her master’s
in Public Administration specializing
in Justice, Law, and Society
from American University in May
2011. ¶ Sarah Giannetta received her
master’s in Applied Sociology from
UMass Boston in June 2010. She
is working as a Reintegration Case
Manager for Span Inc. in Boston,
assisting ex-offenders with housing
and employment search, as well as
linking them to additional resources
such as substance abuse counseling.
¶ The class of ’08 is keeping busy all
over the globe! Great to hear from all
of you, but of course we would like
to hear from more of you! Send an

us know what you’ve been up to. We

Regis! ¶ Our friend Amanda Heroux
contacted us and let us in on her
latest news. Here’s what she had to
say: “I’m currently living in Durham,
NC, working for the Duke University
Health System as an RN. I love what
I’m doing. I’m planning on going back
to school to get my master’s at Duke
in fall 2011 if all goes well.” Thanks,
Amanda! We hope for the best in
your future planning towards your
master’s and beyond! Her close friend
Caitlyn Fraser is currently teaching
at Nashoba Learning Group. It is a
school that specializes in students
with autism. She plans on going
back to school in the fall at Endicott
College for a master’s in Education:
severe disabilities with a board
certification in behavioral analysis.

graduated from Regis and went on
to attend Simmons Graduate School
of Social Work, where she completed
the 1-year Advanced Standing MSW
program in Aug. 2009. She worked
at Westboro State Hospital until
it closed and then moved over to
Worcester State Hospital to work
on the adolescent psych unit. She
now works for Advocates, Inc.,
in Framingham, MA, where she
is a Clinical Responder with the
Framingham Police Department
Jail Diversion Program, which aims
to keep mentally ill individuals
out of jail and connected with the
appropriate mental health services.
¶ Tanya Cotnoir Brouillard has spent
the last 2 years working at a local
nursing home and rehabilitation
center as an RN. She married her
husband, Tom, on Sept. 12, 2009.
They currently reside in Blackstone,
MA, with their cat, Vegas. ¶ Amanda
Shedden writes that she is engaged
and just got back from a 2-week
vacation with her fiancé’s family in
Italy. ¶ Mardochee Val has moved to
Rochester, NY, and currently works
as a registered nurse on the Heart
Failure/Transplant step-down unit
at University of Rochester Medical
Center at Strong Memorial Hospital.
¶ Beth Bealieu received her master’s
in Criminal Justice Administration
from Anna Maria College in May
2010 and is patiently awaiting the
call from the federal government;
until then she works for Starbucks
and is a nanny. Sophie Gabrion manages
Atkins Dentistry in Needham,
MA, and lives in Somerville, MA.
She finished her 1st MS in Human
Services and is now working on her
2nd MS in Gerontology: Management
of Aging Services. One thing that
had to be added to Sophie’s news:
“Oh, and I have a cat. His name’s
Ben, and he weighs 14 lbs.” ¶ Mariola
Rivera Salazar says, “Since graduating,
I moved back to PR, and I’m
currently working at the University
of New Orleans EMBA Program
in Puerto Rico as their Program
Support Facilitator, working on
starting my master’s in Higher Ed
Administration.” ¶ Laura Garrity-
Arquitt is living in Clinton, MA, with
her husband, Jason. She has two
jobs. She is the Registrar/Assistant
Curator at the Museum of Russian
Icons in Clinton, and the Clinton
Historical Society hired her back
in Jan. as their Curator. ¶ Amanda
Ventura went to Emerson after
graduation and received her MA in
Theater Education this past May.
This summer she traveled to Italy
and worked at summer camps teaching
English through Drama. She’s
also been directing and choreographing
for high school and community
theater in the Hudson area. ¶ Thank

Mosher works at Regis College as an
undergraduate admission counselor.
She is pursuing her master’s
at Regis in the Organizational and
Professional Communication program.
¶ Kassandra R. Kernes moved
to Los Angeles, where she works for
a boutique public relations firm on
international publicity for all 3 CSI
shows, The Good Wife, Rookie Blue,
Flashpoint, Chuck Lorre, Three and
a Half Men, Mike & Molly, The Big
Bang Theory, and various other
productions. She is on set every day
interacting with talent, management,
agents, production, and the
press, as well as giving tours and
attending industry events. ¶ Darleny
Javier moved to Quincy, MA. She also
accepted a position in the Executive
Training Program for the Young
World Department at Bloomingdale’s
Chestnut Hill after working as a
selling professional there during her
time at Regis. ¶ Desiree L. Cyr now
works at Schepens Eye Research
Institute in Boston and also coauthored
a paper that came out in
Mar. Last spring, Desiree also served
as Assistant Coach for Women’s
Lacrosse at Regis. ¶ Ann Marie
Marzilli is employed as an Assistant
Residential Supervisor at Germaine
Lawrence, working with adolescent
girls suffering from eating disorders
and other mental impairments. ¶
Crystal Serret will complete her MBA
in the spring at Brandeis University.
She also works for the New England
Patriots for their Special Events
and Marketing Departments. ¶
