<strong>Appendix</strong> A5.6Monuments.Markers shall be installed in accordance with the following provisions:1. Upon completion of subdivision streets, sewers and other improvements, the subdivider shallmake certain that all monuments required by the resident engineer are clearly visible forinspection and use. Such monuments shall be inspected and approved by the resident engineerbefore any improvements are accepted by the board of supervisors. All monuments shall bechecked for accuracy and/or reset if found incorrectly set.2. All other lot corners shall be marked with solid iron or pipe not less than one-half (½) inch indiameter and twenty (20) inches long and driven so as to be flush with the finished grade. Whenrock is encountered, a hole shall be drilled four (4) inches deep, into which shall be cemented asteel rod one-half (½) inch in diameter, the top of which shall be flush with the finished gradeline.DIVISION 2LOTS5.7 Arrangement.5.8 Size.5.9 Shape.5.10 Orientation.5.11 Lot frontage.5.12 Corner lots.5.13 Side lot lines.5.14 Remnants or outlots.5.15 Double frontage.5.16 Access from principal and minor arterials.5.17 Reverse frontage (reserved).5.18 Soil preservation, grading, and seeding.5.19 Debris and waste.5.20 Waterbodies and watercourses.5.7Arrangement.The lot arrangement shall be such that there will be no foreseeable difficulties, for reasons oftopography of other conditions, in securing building permits to build on all lots in compliance with thezoning ordinance and health department regulations and in providing driveway access to buildings on thelots from an approved street.5.8Size.Residential lot sizes shall conform to the minimum standards contained in article III of the zoningordinance. The lot area may be greater than the minimum specified in the zoning ordinance if thesubdivision agent finds that conditions of health and/or safety so require, based upon recommendations
