Dead-end alleys shall be avoided where possible but, if unavoidable, shall be provided withadequate turn around facilities at the dead end, as determined by the subdivision agent.DIVISION 5CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALKS6.24 Sidewalks.6.25 Curbs and gutters.6.26 Street lights.6.27 Pedestrian way.6.24Sidewalks.Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of the road in all townhouses or multi-familydevelopments or in any developments with a density of greater than three units per acre or for majorsubdivisions in the Growth Management Areas shown on the map adopted as <strong>Appendix</strong> B of thisordinance.6.25Curbs and gutters.Curb and gutter shall be required in developments with a density greater than three (3) units per acreor in multifamily or townhouse developments or for major subdivisions in the Growth Management Areasshown on the map adopted as <strong>Appendix</strong> B of this <strong>Ordinance</strong>.6.26Street lights.Street lights shall be required in all multi-family and townhouse developments or for majorsubdivisions in the Growth Management Areas shown on the map adopted as <strong>Appendix</strong> B of this<strong>Ordinance</strong>. Locations to be according to Article V of the Zoning <strong>Ordinance</strong>.6.27Pedestrian way.The subdivision agent may approve the location of a pedestrian way other than in a street right-ofwayin a subdivision where such pedestrian way shall be maintained by a homeowners association. Thepedestrian way shall be located in a permanent easement at least eight (8) feet in width and all parts ofsuch pedestrian way shall be visible from streets or other public areas.
