Modules are available at £50 + VAT per person (minimum price per module of £500 + VAT for up to 10 participants). The price per person is even less when you book a module for the maximum group size of 20, charged at only £750 + VAT – reducing the price per person by more than 15%. Each module is delivered by an accredited facilitator with extensive experience working in the education sector and in adult facilitation. Extending across GL Performance and GL Assessment, the modules are divided into six categories, as shown opposite. We have kept the pricing and booking system as simple and as flexible as possible so that you are able to ‘mix and match’ modules easily from across categories according to your school’s or local authority’s requirements. This is made even easier by the fact that the length and price of each module are exactly the same for all modules. With the exception of L1, an online module, each module is delivered during a three-hour, face-to-face group session. In addition, modules are mapped against the appropriate Ofsted criteria and sub-criteria to assist you in matching your module selection to your school improvement priorities. In addition, our ISO 27001 accreditation means that your data is safe with us The modular approach Choice of modules is very flexible and you are free to mix and match modules from across six categories. Coaching By placing a coaching ethos at the heart of professional development in your school, you can help ensure you get the best from all your staff. Data Interpretation The correct analysis and interpretation of data is essential to maximising school improvement and improving pupils’ attainment. Modules focus on a wide range of data sources, including key resources from GL Assessment, such as the Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT) (pages 10–18) and Pupil Attitudes to Self and School (PASS) survey (pages 50–52). Leadership & Management With 30 individual modules, our Leadership & Management category reflects clearly the in-depth knowledge and myriad of skills required by schools leaders and managers today. Teaching & Learning The ‘quality of teaching’ has been identified in Ofsted’s 2012 inspection framework as one of the four areas of priority. In line with this, our Professional Development Services offer four informative modules to enhance key classroom and lesson observation skills. ICT & New Technologies The modules within our ICT & New Technologies category provide senior school leaders and school staff with an increased understanding of new technologies and how they can impact positively on teaching and learning.
