Adult supervisors walking with the students should be provided with frequent checkpoints to ensure
otherwise disorganised.
Organisers should ensure students wear suitable shoes and brightly coloured clothing.
An adult with knowledge of First Aid and the ability to administer it should available. An emergency
vehicle should be provided.
