Church feels overjoyed by the arrival of his baby daughter. His wife, Sue, looks even more radiant than ever as she suckles, Eve in the private maternity ward. The elated Church thinks that nothing can spoil this day, not even Ryan moaning as usual about being hungry. Sue tells Church that Granny pearl and Grandpa Jack, their spirit keeper and guide, had already popped in through a portal and visited them, but they had to leave as something urgent was happening in the spirit world. However, the astonishing conversation that Church will have with a strange entity on his arrival home was about to ruin his perfect day.

“Haddock,” said Ryan. “Yummy, I am starving.”<br />

“Okay team, you have the eyes and ears of former President Wolffe. I<br />

will show you what I intend to send him,” said Alan, giving instructions<br />

to the ships V-com.<br />

A blurred image came on the screen of two dead bodies. A Japanese<br />

man with a small child lay on a gurney. Large lacerations covered both<br />

victims’ bodies.<br />

“These shots were taken of Crown Prince Naruhito and his grandson,<br />

from a medical orderly’s camera phone,” Alan announced. “It took us<br />

years to get hold of this. The man was killed getting us this evidence,<br />

but as you can see, this was no shark attack”<br />

He pointed out the bites.<br />

“These are clean straight cuts, made by a knife or sword.”<br />

He then showed images taken many years ago of shark bites, comparing<br />

them on the screen.<br />

“That's obviously different,” said Church. “How could anyone possibly<br />

mistake those for shark bites?”<br />

Alan then had the V-com play a video recording. The film showed two<br />

Japanese men fetching scuba equipment from a speedboat. The camera<br />

had zoomed in on two small samurai style daggers. It then showed a<br />

close up of both men.<br />

“They're the two Japanese men from the images you showed us at<br />

George's.” pointed out Ryan.<br />

“Joshi Unkie and Lucomo Tirshi,” said Alan, announcing, “They are<br />

the great white sharks that killed the royal's; whose bodies were quickly
