Conclusão: <br />
Concluímos que a realização da ressonância magnética na odontologia é de suma <br />
importância no auxílio de diagnósticos, por obter uma imagem mais precisa, e <br />
através desta, poder identificar tecidos moles e duros, o que não é possível em <br />
outros exames radiográficos, além disso, destaca-‐se por não ser invasivo e não <br />
emitir radiação. <br />
Diante das desvantagens citadas na pesquisa, ainda assim, é considerado um <br />
exame essencial e conclusivo para o diagnóstico de disfunção <br />
temporomandibular (DTM). <br />
