A Club shall not without the Board’s prior written consent either during its membership of<br />

the League or at any time after its membership has terminated disclose or divulge either<br />

directly or indirectly to any Person whatsoever or otherwise make use of any confidential<br />

information as to the business or finances of the League or any other Club or any of their<br />

dealings, transactions or affairs or as to any other matters which may come to its knowledge<br />

by reason of its membership save to statutory and regulatory authorities or as may be<br />

required by law or to such Officials and Auditors of that Club to whom such disclosure is<br />

strictly necessary for the purpose of their duties and then only to the extent so necessary.<br />

Under the articles of association of the Football Association the League is entitled to appoint<br />

annually 8 representatives to the Council of the Football Association. Any person who is a<br />

director of a Club or a director or officer of the League shall be eligible for appointment.<br />

Seven such representatives shall be elected by Clubs in General Meeting and one shall be<br />

appointed by the Board subject to ratification by Clubs in General Meeting.<br />

Under the articles of association of the Football Association the League is entitled to appoint<br />

annually up to 3 members of the Football Association board of directors. Any person who is<br />

a Football Association Council representative appointed in accordance with Rule B.19 or, if a<br />

representative of a regional division of the Football Association, a person who is a director of<br />

a Club shall be eligible for appointment. The Board shall appoint one of such representatives<br />

subject to ratification by Clubs in General Meeting and the other two shall be elected by<br />

Clubs at the General Meeting next following the end of the Season at which election will be<br />

by ballot and will take place after the election of the Football Association Council<br />

representatives appointed in accordance with Rule B.19.<br />

Under the articles of association of the Football Association, the League is entitled to appoint<br />

4 members of the Professional Game Board (the “PGB”), a committee of the board of<br />

directors of the Football Association. The 3 members of the board of directors of the Football<br />

Association appointed in accordance with Rule B.20 shall recommend for approval in<br />

General Meeting the 4 proposed members of the PGB. Provided always that at least 2 of the<br />

appointed PGB members shall be Football Association Council representatives appointed in<br />

accordance with Rule B.19, the following shall be eligible for appointment:<br />

B.21.1. a director of a Club;<br />

B.21.2. Football Association Council representative appointed in accordance with Rule<br />

B.19 (who for the avoidance of doubt may be a member of the Football Association<br />

board of directors);<br />

B.21.3. a director or officer of the League.<br />
