The Muslims Grieve<br />
The Muslims loved the Holy Prophet sa very much and so<br />
they were very sad at his death, just like children are at the death<br />
of a beloved father. The Muslims could not believe what had<br />
happened to them. Many of them were not ready to believe that<br />
the Holy Prophet sa had died. <strong>Hadrat</strong> ‘Umar ra was a great man, but<br />
even he, at this time, took out his sword and started to say, “If<br />
anyone says that the Holy Prophet sa has died, I will kill him!” 28<br />
Everyone was overcome with grief and nobody knew what to do.<br />
