It’s heating up this month, and I’m not just
talking about the weather, East Anglia offers
some amazing things to do this May and we
have it covered!
One event that I am particularly looking forward
to this summer is Newmarket Nights at the
Newmarket Jockey Club Racecourses.
With the likes of Kylie, Madness, Sir
Tom Jones, Boyzone and Spandau
Ballet, in this edition we have a
special eight-page interview with the
Kaiser Chiefs starting on page 28.
Speaking of music, with festival season
fast approaching we have a couple of
festival previews on pages 106 and 109 including
some of our local favorites!
for our top things to do at this years show.
Our favourite chef, Franck Pontais, is back with
another fabulous recipe for summer. We also have
an interview with Matt Phillips, find out all about
his unique catering company.
Bounce recently visited the impressive
Seckford Hall near Woodbridge. We
experienced luxurious accommodation,
and dined in the 2 AA rossette
restaurant. For our full review see
pages 66 to 69.
