Mail registration form to <strong>Needham</strong> Community Education,<br />
1330 Highland Avenue, <strong>Needham</strong>, MA 02492. Please<br />
include a separate check or money order for each course,<br />
payable to <strong>Needham</strong> Community Education, or include your<br />
credit card information on the registration form.<br />
Register in person! Come to our office at 1330 Highland<br />
Avenue (1st floor). Note: our office is open 8am-4pm<br />
Monday - Friday.<br />
Note: The very popular classes with limited enrollments fill up very quickly, so we advise faxing or calling in registrations.<br />
ADULT PROGRAMS POLICIES<br />
REGISTRATION & POLICIES<br />
Confirmations: We will confirm your registration via email. If no email is provided, or cannot be read clearly, you will<br />
not receive any confirmation. You will be contacted if a class is full, or ca<strong>nce</strong>lled.<br />
Discounts/Fees: Scholarships are available; please contact the NCE office for more information.<br />
Refunds: We will issue a refund when a class is ca<strong>nce</strong>lled. You may withdraw from a class and get a refund (minus<br />
a $10 processing fee) if you notify us at least one week prior to the class start.<br />
Satisfaction Guaranteed: We will refund the course fee for multi-session classes if you are not satisfied with the<br />
class. We only ask that you contact us before the second class session to let us know what about the class did not<br />
meet your expectations.<br />
Holidays/ School Closings/ Inclement Weather: Classes follow the <strong>Needham</strong> <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Schools</strong>’ schedule unless<br />
noted in the class description. If the <strong>Needham</strong> schools have been ca<strong>nce</strong>led due to bad weather, the <strong>adult</strong> education<br />
classes will be ca<strong>nce</strong>led as well. For up to date weather ca<strong>nce</strong>llations, please check the <strong>Needham</strong> schools’ website<br />

Evaluations/Photos: Evaluations will be handed out at the end of each course. Please take a few minutes to give<br />
us your feedback - we listen to what you say! We may visit your class and take photos; please let us know if you’d<br />
prefer not to be photographed.<br />
