At Ch<strong>at</strong>eau Reynon, he is<br />
both owner and winemaker and is able to<br />
put th<strong>at</strong> knowledge into practice. The<br />
beauty of this is its ability to walk <strong>the</strong> fine<br />
line between bright citrus and mineral<br />
notes along with a silkier, elegant<br />
mouthfeel. I find this style of wine to be<br />
s<strong>at</strong>isfying not only for <strong>the</strong> range of flavors,<br />
but also for <strong>the</strong> feeling th<strong>at</strong> <strong>the</strong> wine knows<br />
exactly wh<strong>at</strong> to say and has absolutely no<br />
need to shout. Also, before you ask – this<br />
wine is not old. Like many white Bordeaux,<br />
this is perfectly inside its ideal drinking<br />
window. A charming wine on its own, this<br />
would also be good with a variety of<br />
