4th gener<strong>at</strong>ion of <strong>the</strong><br />
family to make wine <strong>at</strong> this<br />
nearly 400 year old winery.<br />

Though <strong>the</strong> winery has<br />
been around for a very long time, it is <strong>the</strong><br />
classic combin<strong>at</strong>ion of old vines and indepth<br />
winemaking know how th<strong>at</strong> makes<br />
this wine so good. This is typical mediumbodied<br />
Tempranillo, showing both ripe and<br />
slightly dried fruit flavors along with<br />
intriguing spice notes. Because <strong>the</strong> wine is<br />
beautifully balanced to begin with, it<br />
succeeds in a number of different ways. It<br />
can be thoroughly enjoyable on its own<br />
but also try it with savory chicken and pork<br />
