Cabernet Franc grown in<br />

one of <strong>the</strong> stablem<strong>at</strong>es Derek Brammer<br />
of one of our most<br />
popular Italian bottlings, known as “Therra”<br />
which is <strong>the</strong>ir main Sangiovese offering.<br />
The property is managed by Giovanni<br />
Bulgari, <strong>the</strong> successor to <strong>the</strong> famed jewelry<br />
dynasty. The clay and limestone soil, <strong>the</strong><br />
Mediterranean clim<strong>at</strong>e and Bulgari’s<br />
commitment to excellence, honoring<br />
n<strong>at</strong>ure and showcasing terroir, is <strong>the</strong><br />
perfect recipe for an incredible wine.<br />
Cabernet Franc is predomin<strong>at</strong>ely grown as<br />
a blending grape in Bordeaux, Napa and<br />
o<strong>the</strong>r parts of <strong>the</strong> world. It is vinified alone<br />
in <strong>the</strong> Loire’s Chinon, but has also become<br />
quite popular in Italy, Chile and <strong>the</strong> U.S.<br />
Aged in oak barriques, <strong>the</strong> wine displays<br />
intense aromas of dark berries, thyme,<br />
sage, floral and tobacco notes. The pal<strong>at</strong>e is<br />
full-bodied & seamless with ripe black<br />
berries, raspberries, & currants all layered<br />
with a plethora of spices, culmin<strong>at</strong>ing in a<br />
cocoa infused, silky and long finish. Perfect<br />
for roasted or braised me<strong>at</strong>s and hearty<br />
