6.3. ACCESS LEVELS
To protect the system and ensure a hierarchy according to reasonably identifiable skills, access is allowed only according to different
authorization levels by first entering a code known as password.
� NOTE
The sterilizer is supplied with the following default password:
− Level 4 User Supervisor 2222 Enables machine operation and parameter changing
Moreover, the user supervisor can enable the following lower levels:
− Level 5 User Operator 1111 Enables machine operation
− Level 6 Stand-by 0000 Stand-by
� NOTE
Please refer to the technical manual of the machine for further details of the access passwords and of the operating
functions associated with them.
6.4. OPERATING PHASES
Operator management of the generic sterilization process is organized according to the following operating phases:
� initial tests;
� power-on;
� product loading;
� program start and execution;
� program unloading;
� shutdown.
6.4.1. INITIAL TESTS
Check that the machine is connected to the electric
power supply line.
Check that the discharge of the machine is connected
correctly to a conveyance system that is suitable to work
at temperatures close to 100°C.
