FVA/A1 - OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Before entering the atmospheric pressure balancing phase, check that the pressure and temperature conditions
allow this operation without damaging the load. In particular, if the load is constituted by liquids, the load must be
allowed to cool before pressing the STOP button.

6.6. ALARM MESSAGES

6.7. EMERGENCY PHASE
The emergency phase occurs in the sterilizer when:
� a malfunction occurs during the sterilization process;
� the machine restarts after an interruption caused by a blackout;
� the machine restarts after the emergency button is activated;
� the manual CYCLE STOP control (icon with exclamation mark) is activated.
Activation of the emergency phase:
- closes all the valves;
- stops all the motors;
- issues an acoustic alarm signal.
Activation of the emergency phase places the autoclave in stand-by. This suspended state ensures the safety of the autoclave, of the
personnel and of the load.
6.8. AUXILIARY FUNCTIONS
Some functions of the sterilizer are active even when the normal sterilization cycle is not being performed:

� CHANGE DATE AND TIME
� OPERATOR PANEL FUNCTIONALITY CHECK
� AUTODIAGNOSTICS
� ALARM HISTORY MANAGEMENT
� AUTOCLAVE DATA
