in aromatic herbs and spices, barbecued with onions and tomatoes.
I wouldn’t usually choose salmon, but the small chunks were very
flavoursome and tasted really fresh. It made a change for me having
fish in an Indian, but it was great to have it in an alternative way to
my usual weekday grilled salmon and greens!
We also tried the classic chicken tikka masala, as well as a side
of matar paneer, a mild dish of
I’m really glad
I chose to try
something a
little different.
homemade cheese with peas, and
a garlic naan. The tikka masala was
just the right heat, and the flavours
complimented each other perfectly.
We popped into the kitchen to meet
the group of chefs behind it all, and
it was great to see our dishes being
made in front of us. The Head Chef was frantically managing four
different pans as he added ingredients to each.
The food was incredibly fresh and I’m really glad I chose to try
something a little different. I have now discovered some new Indian
flavours and dishes as well as finding another local Indian which
rivals my regular one. I’m going to have to head back there one
Sunday to try their ‘Grand Sunday buffet’, as I’ll be able to try even
more of their dishes that I wouldn’t usually go for! I’m keen to try
one of their many king prawn starters and their makhani.
