No-calorie, non-stick cooking spray $0.03<br />

Directions:<br />
1. Preheat oven to 375˚.<br />
2. Break salmon into chunks with fork in a large bowl.<br />
3. Crack egg into salmon and whisk; add in onions and pepper, and mix.<br />
4. Crush crackers with hands and fold into salmon mixture.<br />
5. Divide mixture and form into 2 patties.<br />
6. Line baking sheet with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.<br />
7. Add patties to baking sheet and cook for 40-45 minutes turning patties half way through<br />
cooking.<br />
8. Serve with lemon and enjoy!<br />
