No-Bake Energy Bites<br />

2 cups oatmeal $0.44<br />

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips $0.72<br />

1/2 cup peanut butter $1.07<br />

1/2 cup ground flaxseed $0.41<br />

1/3 cup honey $0.80<br />

1 tsp. honey $0.02<br />

TOTAL: $3.46<br />

Price per serving: $0.14<br />

Directions:<br />

1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the<br />

refrigerator for half an hour.<br />

2. Once chilled, roll into balls of about 1 inch diameter. Store in an airtight container and<br />

keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.<br />

Have fun substituting with different nut butters, dried fruit, chopped nuts, and other chips.<br />
