Directions:<br />
1. Season tilapia lightly with salt and pepper, and then dredge in flour.<br />
2. Heat skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.<br />
3. Add fillets and cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Turn fillets and cook until fish<br />
flakes with a fork.<br />
4. Drain fillets on paper towel and remove to warm plates; stir in lemon juice and parsley to<br />
pan; cook 30 seconds, then pour over hot fish.<br />
5. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.<br />
