1 tsp. cinnamon $0.03<br />
1 cup fat free milk $0.22<br />
1 large egg $0.16<br />
1 tsp. vanilla extract $0.14<br />
No-calorie cooking spray $0.03<br />

Directions:<br />
1. Preheat the oven to 375˚. Lightly spray 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch ceramic baking dish with<br />
no-calorie cooking spray; set aside.<br />
2. Put the banana slices in a single layer on the bottom of the ceramic dish.<br />
3. Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the bananas, 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon, 1<br />
Tablespoon of the honey and cover with foil.<br />
4. Bake 15 minutes, until the bananas get soft.<br />
5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and remaining<br />
cinnamon; stir together.<br />
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining honey, milk, egg, vanilla extract.<br />
7. Remove bananas from the oven and pour oat mixture over them.<br />
8. Pour the milk mixture over the oats, making sure to<br />
distribute the mixture as evenly as possible over the<br />
oats.<br />
9. Sprinkle remaining blueberries over the top.<br />
10. Bake the oatmeal for about 30 minutes, or until the<br />
top is golden brown and the oatmeal has<br />
set. Serve warm from the oven.<br />
