Meals on Wheels<br />
The airline's professional culinary team customises the inflight<br />
menu, offering new choices every month and the<br />
opportunity to sample special dishes. Passengers travelling<br />
in the Business Class will enjoy a distinguished, private,<br />
exclusive and high-end flight experience - thanks to its world<br />
leading facilities and personalised service.<br />
Seats and Service<br />
Seats can be reclined up to 170 degrees.<br />
It is truly happy news for everyone even if you happen to be<br />
standing tall at 1.9 metre. The Capital Pavilion Business Class<br />
seats allow one to adjust the seat to any comfortable angle<br />
including into a lie-flat bed one can stretch.<br />
The seats are 54 centimetres wide, 190 centimetres long and<br />
recline up to 170 degrees, which makes them comfortable<br />
and stylish. Each seat can easily accommodate your carry-on<br />
baggage and small items.<br />
It also features a 15.4-inch personal screen. The programmes<br />
are updated on a monthly basis, keeping you entertained<br />
for the duration of the flight. The entertainment system is<br />
completely interactive and comes complete with films,<br />
cartoons, music and games which are provided on demand<br />
for passenger's enjoyment. Passengers have complete control<br />
in creating an entertainment kingdom with a plethora of<br />
local and foreign films offered onboard in multiple languages.<br />
There are also online games for younger passengers!<br />
In addition to standard meals, chef have selected 18 classic<br />
dishes from around the world, providing personalised meal<br />
service tailored to specific needs. These dishes include<br />
prawns, fish, beef, pork, chicken, duck and vegetarian food.<br />
For passengers on flights lasting more than an hour and a<br />
half and coinciding with meal times, the airline offers a<br />
western-style Continental breakfast of pastries and fruit, hot<br />
porridge and other Chinese favourites. For lunch and dinner,<br />
passengers can choose from at least three main courses,<br />
alongside appetisers, bread, butter, salad, soup, dessert,<br />
cheese and fruit.<br />
A variety of snacks is available between meals including a<br />
wide range of seasonal fruits, yoghurt, dried food, cold food<br />
and desserts.<br />
Be it pasta or porridge, you'll never go hungry<br />
while travelling with Air China's Business Class.<br />
If you're a voracious reader, you will highly appreciate the<br />
distinctive mood lighting system which can recreate the<br />
subtlety of over five natural light settings and the cabins<br />
come fitted with a personal power socket and USB interface.<br />
This includes enjoying the most intimate dining moments<br />
against the backdrop of your choice, including sunrise, sunset,<br />
