Meals on Wheels
The airline's professional culinary team customises the inflight
menu, offering new choices every month and the
opportunity to sample special dishes. Passengers travelling
in the Business Class will enjoy a distinguished, private,
exclusive and high-end flight experience - thanks to its world
leading facilities and personalised service.
Seats and Service
Seats can be reclined up to 170 degrees.
It is truly happy news for everyone even if you happen to be
standing tall at 1.9 metre. The Capital Pavilion Business Class
seats allow one to adjust the seat to any comfortable angle
including into a lie-flat bed one can stretch.
The seats are 54 centimetres wide, 190 centimetres long and
recline up to 170 degrees, which makes them comfortable
and stylish. Each seat can easily accommodate your carry-on
baggage and small items.
It also features a 15.4-inch personal screen. The programmes
are updated on a monthly basis, keeping you entertained
for the duration of the flight. The entertainment system is
completely interactive and comes complete with films,
cartoons, music and games which are provided on demand
for passenger's enjoyment. Passengers have complete control
in creating an entertainment kingdom with a plethora of
local and foreign films offered onboard in multiple languages.
There are also online games for younger passengers!
In addition to standard meals, chef have selected 18 classic
dishes from around the world, providing personalised meal
service tailored to specific needs. These dishes include
prawns, fish, beef, pork, chicken, duck and vegetarian food.
For passengers on flights lasting more than an hour and a
half and coinciding with meal times, the airline offers a
western-style Continental breakfast of pastries and fruit, hot
porridge and other Chinese favourites. For lunch and dinner,
passengers can choose from at least three main courses,
alongside appetisers, bread, butter, salad, soup, dessert,
cheese and fruit.
A variety of snacks is available between meals including a
wide range of seasonal fruits, yoghurt, dried food, cold food
and desserts.

If you're a voracious reader, you will highly appreciate the
distinctive mood lighting system which can recreate the
subtlety of over five natural light settings and the cabins
come fitted with a personal power socket and USB interface.
This includes enjoying the most intimate dining moments
against the backdrop of your choice, including sunrise, sunset,
evening or dawn.
