Aims : The aims of this lunchtime is to better understand the "right" timing and modes of communication of bad news for acute and<br />

chronic respiratory patients; to discuss the possible strategies to relief the "pain of the respiratory system" also called dyspnoea; to deal<br />

with the dramatic problem of end of life issues in children; and to understand who should be involved in all the end of life discussion<br />

(paternalism versus a shared decision).<br />
