Session: Primary Care Day: challenging times I<br />

Clinical challenges in day-to-day primary care<br />

Aims : The following challenges in primary care will be discussed: getting the right diagnosis; assessing the whole patient, especially in<br />

cases of multiple morbidities; changing patient behaviour (adherence, smoking); dealing with changing systems/organisations; and getting<br />

our head around the future (particularly with regard to personalised medicine). This first session of the ERS Primary Care day addresses<br />

three common challenge that we face in daily practice.<br />
