Abstracts on USB keys
Supported by AstraZeneca
With the support of AstraZeneca, ERS is ofering delegates
an electronic copy of the ERS Congress Abstracts on
USB keys, which they can collect free of charge from
the AstraZeneca exhibition stand D.04 (located in
the Exhibition Hall) in exchange for a voucher in the
Programme-at-a-Glance.
Te USB keys will be distributed on a frst come, frst
served basis.
App
Supported by:
Te new app for the ERS International Congress is now
available for download. New features this year include
a digital business card exchange, an interactive map,
and opportunities to engage in interactive sessions or to
watch missed sessions. Download in advance to help you
prepare your congress.
Business Services
A Business Services shop is available for printing services
and foreign currency exchange on S4/N4 - underground
level (Level 0). Te opening times are from 08:30 to 17:30.
Te services are at the delegates’ own expense.
Cash dispensers
Many cash dispensers are located inside the Congress
venue London ExCeL.
Childcare
A childcare facility is available onsite at Congress so that
children can be looked afer whilst parents attend sessions.
Please note that children can be lef for a maximum of
four hours at any time and food will not be available.
If parents wish to attend a full day of sessions, they are
required to collect their children for at least a one hour
lunch break before returning for an additional four hours.
Drop of and collection times are fexible, providing they
do not exceed the four hour maximum and are within
the opening times.
To utilise the childcare facility, please purchase vouchers
at the Registration Desk. Once the voucher is purchased
it can be handed to the staf at the time of drop of.

Te childcare facility is located in the Capital Hall, close
to the East Entrance and open from 07:30 to 17:30 from
Saturday 3 September 3 to Tuesday 6 September and from
07:30 to 12:00 on Wednesday 7 September. See further

Children and members of the public
Children and members of the public are not permitted
to participate in the Congress programme or to enter the
exhibition. A childcare service is available for parents use
and children will only be allowed access to the registration
area and the childcare service area.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom service for coats and reasonably sized
luggage is available during the opening hours of the
Congress on S4/N4 underground level (Level 0) -
approximately 450 m away from the registration area
towards the West Entrance.

Tis year the you can fnd the Congress guide, publication
abstracts and all E-Posters within the Congress
Resource Areas, which will be available in eight areas
throughout the Congress centre.
