Aims : This symposium will highlight and discuss new developments in the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases,<br />

including tuberculosis, influenza, and other chronic respiratory diseases, in Europe. There will be a special focus on migration and<br />

refugees from the Near- and Middle-East and Africa. The specific objectives are to inform the audience about the epidemiology of<br />

respiratory infectious diseases and to present and discuss new guidance regarding the prevention and control of respiratory infectious<br />

diseases.<br />
