Rosalyn Howard, Executive Director<br />

Rosalyn Howard is the Chief Executive Officer of the foundation. She is responsible for securing funds in<br />

all areas of development to include MNFs annual fund, special events, planned giving and major donor<br />

activities. She implements policies and procedures approved by the board of trustees. She manages<br />

the foundation and hires staff to support the work of MNF. Rosalyn conducts presentations on behalf of<br />

the foundation to award nursing scholarships and to promote the professional image of nursing.<br />

Kasey Dorr, MNF Executive Assistant<br />

Kasey Dorr assists the executive director in daily executive functions. She is responsible for monthly<br />

bank drafts, following up with donors, receiving and depositing MNF donations, editing the foundation’s<br />

newsletter, and sending mail-outs from MNF. She serves as the lead contact person for the Nightingale<br />

Awards. Kasey supports the Accreditation Administrator with MNF Continuing Education applications<br />

and MNFs Board of Trustees when needed.<br />

LaGina Walker, Development Officer<br />

LaGina Walker provides support with event planning and fundraising for the Foundation. She is<br />

responsible for communication with donors and supporters of MNF in securing funds that support<br />

the organization’s mission. She provides communication to the Executive Director regarding potential<br />

donors, she also manages donor relations and outreach with nursing students.<br />

Susan Hart, CE Accreditation Administrator<br />

Susan Hart is responsible for managing the continuing education division of MNF. She communicates<br />

and teaches the continuing education process to nurses and healthcare organizations. She is also<br />

responsible for reviewing CE applications, and making recommendations for Approved Provider status.<br />

Susan works closely with the Approver Unit members and the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s<br />

Commission on Accreditation to stay abreast of any continuing education changes and updates.<br />
