American graduate network that encourages,
practices and demonstrates sustainability."
Mission: "We are the link between INCAE and
society to promote the shift towards strategic
decisions based on economic, social and
environmental value creation."
Its strategic objectives are the following:
• Promote the continuity of the club through
generations of INCAE students.
• Support sustainability as a new business
model that not only impacts the profitability of
companies, but also the economic growth and
progress of Latin American society as a whole.
• Encourage innovation as a tool to convey the
collaborative leadership that provides equal
opportunities for women and men, and facilitate
the creation of value in the key sectors of society.”
Its objectives include:
• Report on the importance and benefits of
collaborative leadership in the family, company
and society, in order to raise awareness and
motivate change.
• Promote best practices in collaborative leadership
and gender equity in order to maximize expected
results and prepare for actual events.
• Support its target population (INCAE graduates
and external partners) in future situations,
through the creation of an international network
