The PAG academic design includes a section<br />
of executive management topics, allowing<br />
students to add cutting-edge knowledge which,<br />
if properly applied to their business, can be used<br />
as a competitive advantage over their present<br />
and future competitors. These topics include<br />
Sustainable Development and Corporate Social<br />
Responsibility, among others.<br />

Young Leadership Program (YLP)<br />
This program focuses on management and<br />
leadership issues. It is taught in a flexible and<br />
interactive manner, and provides the tools<br />
and knowledge needed to become a leader,<br />
and a foundation to succeed personally and<br />
professionally. Ethics and leadership in the 21st<br />
century is an example of the topics included in this<br />
program.<br />

Women’s Executive Leadership Program<br />
The Women's Executive Leadership Program is<br />
addressed to women who have been identified as<br />
potential candidates for executive management<br />
positions at a given organization. The group<br />
brings together vice presidents, general directors,<br />
directors of business units, regional directors,<br />
entrepreneurs and nonprofit directors, as well<br />
as their daughters or other people who may be<br />
relevant to the company’s succession plan. Since<br />
2013, it has totaled 94 participants from various<br />
countries in Latin America and Europe.<br />

Sustainability Management Program<br />
The main objective of this program is to provide<br />
participants the knowledge and tools necessary<br />
to incorporate environmental and social elements<br />
within their companies’ competitive and operational<br />
strategies. The program has been training people<br />
from Latin America and Europe since 2005; its<br />
most recent edition was held in 2015.<br />

ExEd Online<br />
ExEd Online began in 2015 as a professional development program, in which participants can design their<br />
