die unvergleichliche Champagner-Luft. Und die Sansibar – eine ehemalige Bretterbude mitten<br />
in den Dünen, die sich zum Kultrestaurant des Nordens entwickelt hat.<br />
The phenomenon that is Sylt. A declaration of love for a unique island. Once upon a time, great<br />
literary figures came here, there were lobster races in the sand, and even the odd naked Expressionist<br />
dancer. What has remained is the incomparable Champagne air. And the Sansibar – a former<br />
shack in the middle of the dunes which has evolved into the cult restaurant of the north.<br />
