Mix the hot cocoa, coconut rum,<br />

and almond extract in a mug and<br />

2 oz. citrus-flavored vodka<br />

1 splash club soda<br />

1 cup no-sugar added raspberry or multi-berry juice<br />

1¾ cups prosecco or other sparkling wine<br />

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries<br />

Directions: Mix raspberry juice with prosecco or other sparkling<br />

wine. Divide among four champagne glasses. Drop<br />

three raspberries in each glass. Approximately 120 calories<br />

1 oz. vanilla-flavored vodka<br />

White nonpareils<br />

Fresh raspberries or blackberries for garnish<br />

Directions: Wet the rim of<br />

a chilled shot glass and<br />

dip into shallow bowl of<br />

nonpareils to coat.<br />

Pour in chilled vodka<br />

and top with a splash<br />

To make the drink extra festive, top<br />

with a sugar-free whipped topping and<br />

garnish with crushed peppermint bark.<br />

Without toppings and garnishes, the<br />

2 cups chilled pomegranate juice<br />

1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice<br />

1 bottle chilled sparkling wine<br />

One fresh pomegranate, opened and separated<br />

Directions: Combine orange and pomegranate juices in a<br />

pitcher. Divide among eight champagne glasses. Top each<br />

with sparkling wine or prosecco and garnish with pomegranate<br />
