For the fun of it, and for a remarkably special delight, try the
Pretzel Crusted Crab Cake as an appetizer and pair it with
the Chicken Milanese or the 8 ounce Filet Mignon, both of
which are velvety but pop with flavor.

Our server for the evening was Chris and he exemplified the
high standards Bistro 241 demands of its staff. But, I must
offer kudos to the multi-talented Executive Chef, Amiel Settel.
He developed the Mahi-Mahi Tacos, tweaked the already established
main courses making them “owned” by Bistro 241
and, when time allows, visits the diners to share stories and
experiences adding to the personal attention and intimacy of
this great eatery.
There is nothing “in your face” here, but there is greatness
in your stomach – and, since Delray is close to everywhere
and offers before the meal and after the meal entertainment,
make a night of it.

that attention to detail can
predominate.
