South Asian and European Studies, and the Grant F. Walton Center for<br />

Remote Sensing and Spatial Analysis. Certificate Programs are<br />

available in Geomatics, Human Dimensions of Global Change, and<br />

Quaternary Studies.<br />

The Department of Geography has several laboratories equipped for<br />

instruction and graduate research. The Center for Remote Sensing and<br />

Spatial Analysis and the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and<br />

Public Policy also contain excellent facilities for remote sensing and<br />

geographic information systems and are accessible to students through<br />

participating geography graduate faculty.<br />

GRADUATE PROGRAM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND<br />

FINANCIAL AID:<br />

The program offers four-year funding packages to a limited number of<br />

qualified applicants consisting of a mixture of fellowships and<br />

teaching assistantships. All application materials must be received by<br />

January 15 for admission the following academic year.<br />
