Kevin Claudeanos, M.D., RPVI, attended the University of California Los Angeles,<br />
where he earned a Bachelor of Science in physiological sciences. He went on to graduate<br />
with honors from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where he was a member<br />
of the Iota Epsilon Alpha Honor Society. He completed his general surgery residency<br />
at Albany Medical Center, where he won a surgical intern of the year award, and then<br />
pursued vascular surgery fellowship training at the Greenville Health System in South<br />
Carolina. Dr. Claudeanos is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular surgeon.<br />

Michael J. Muehlberger, M.D., RPVI, graduated summa cum laude from<br />
Austin Peay State University. He obtained his medical degree from The<br />
University of Tennessee in 2004 and completed his general surgery training<br />
at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville. He then completed<br />
a vascular fellowship at the University of Virginia. He is board-certified<br />
in vascular surgery and affiliated with Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Health Central<br />
Hospital, Orlando Regional Medical Center, and South Lake Hospital.<br />
Charles S.C. Garnette, M.D., FACS, is board-certified in both vascular and general<br />
surgery. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He<br />
completed a general surgery residency at the University of Rochester and completed<br />
fellowships in vascular and endovascular surgery at University of Massachusetts<br />
Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic Foundation, respectively. Dr. Garnette provides<br />
outstanding vascular surgical care for aneurysms, carotid-artery disease, peripheral<br />
arterial disease, leg bypasses, angioplasty and stents for blocked arteries, dialysis<br />
access procedures and more. He also provides comprehensive vein care, including<br />
laser, sclerotherapy and closure procedures for bad veins. His practice is located just<br />

Jonathan A. Higgins, M.D., is board-certified in vascular surgery. He earned his medical<br />
degree at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, and completed his general<br />
surgery residency at The University of Toledo and fellowship in vascular and endovascular<br />
surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He treats venous disease, aneurysms,<br />

Charles S. Thompson, M.D., FACS, RPVI, is a graduate of the University of<br />
Florida. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami and<br />
performed his general surgery and vascular surgery training at the Medical<br />
Center of Louisiana at New Orleans. He pursued specialty training in endovascular<br />
procedures at the Arizona Heart Institute and is board-certified in<br />
general and vascular surgery. Dr. Thompson was instrumental in creating the<br />
endovascular surgery program at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He is affiliated<br />
