I was impressed with the<br />

performance of your staffer Malavika in<br />

handling an irate passenger and dealing<br />

with another passenger who had a<br />

medical problem during our flight. I closely<br />

observed her handling both the situations<br />

and found her responses to be exemplary.<br />

She handled the matters firmly with a<br />

smile, was quick, helpful and calm. She is<br />

surely an asset to <strong>Spice</strong>Jet.<br />

Experience with <strong>Spice</strong>Jet: I feel privileged<br />

to be a part of such a wonderful<br />

organization where all my efforts and hard<br />

work is appreciated. My managers are very<br />

supportive and motivating. I look forward<br />

Customer appreciation: I<br />

was travelling recently from<br />

Chennai to Delhi. The person sitting next to<br />

me had his meal pre-booked by his travel<br />

agent and it was pasta. He requested for a<br />

change as he did not like pasta too much.<br />

Mohua politely denied. But the person kept<br />

on insisting. After some time, she came<br />

and offered food which was an Indian<br />

vegetarian dish that he wanted.<br />

Experience with <strong>Spice</strong>Jet: Once I was<br />

flying from Jaipur to Dubai and there was<br />

an old lady who was travelling alone, to<br />

meet her son in Dubai. Since it was a long<br />

flight, after my service I went to the lady,<br />

had a conversation with her, offered her<br />

a cup of tea and made her comfortable.<br />

While deplaning she blessed me. It was like<br />

my own grandmother blessing me.<br />

Customer appreciation: Most<br />

of your air hostesses offer<br />

service with a smile. But Neha went out of<br />

her way on the Chennai-Visakhapatnam<br />

flight that I was travelling in. She attended<br />

to a weird request of mine — charging my<br />

dead mobile in mid-air. She went around<br />

tracing a battery power bank and power<br />

cord and got them to me.<br />

Experience with <strong>Spice</strong>Jet: I have<br />

completed two glorious years with the<br />

company and with each passing day I am<br />

learning and growing as a crew. I would<br />

like to take this opportunity to thank each<br />

and every person associated with the<br />

company for being immensely supportive<br />

all this while for my growth. I am extremely<br />

grateful to my colleagues who have helped<br />

me throughout my journey.<br />

is to record my appreciation<br />

of cabin crew Merlyn who looked after<br />

my wife and me very well. She was polite<br />

and efficient. I particularly admired her<br />

movements made with least effort but<br />

efficiently that helped her to finish the<br />

tasks on hand well in time.<br />

Experience with <strong>Spice</strong>Jet: I have had a<br />

very wonderful journey so far with the<br />

company for more than six years and<br />

have experienced the best positive culture<br />

and opportunities. My unique experience<br />

was witnessing the birth of a baby girl on<br />

a flight bringing delight to the mother,<br />

fellow passengers and the crew on board.<br />

An exciting part of my work profile is to<br />

maximise the satisfaction level of every<br />

single flyer.<br />

My flight to Goa couldn’t<br />

have been better without your assistance<br />

and customer engagement. The flight<br />

was delayed due to air traffic congestion,<br />

but Diksha kept the passengers engaged<br />

by listening and talking to them. The 20-<br />

minute delay was easily forgotten. I could<br />

see the professionalism and ‘customer<br />

delight’ attitude in her behaviour.<br />

Experience with <strong>Spice</strong>Jet: It’s been a great<br />

experience to watch the company grow<br />

and achieve such wonderful success. Being<br />

proud. I feel I am very lucky to be a part of<br />

crew Ankush on a Bengaluru-Belagavi<br />

flight. Since we were travelling with an<br />

infant, every small gesture by the cabin<br />

crew assisted us in making the daunting<br />

journey with a baby truly enjoyable. We<br />

look forward to see more such crew<br />

a small town and having never seen an<br />

aircraft, flying was nothing less than a<br />

dream come true. It’s been three years<br />

I am living my dream to fly above the<br />
