Adler Balance Spa and <strong>Health</strong> Resort is a secluded<br />

medical check up on arrival with one of the inhouse<br />
doctors to establish whether they need to detox,<br />
regenerate, lose weight or de-stress. A bespoke plan –<br />
for the duration of the stay as well as on their return<br />
home – is then put together to suit each guest’s physical<br />
and mental needs. The resort’s holistic approach is<br />
based on five pillars (diagnosis, a personal nutrition<br />
plan, treatments to meet an individual’s needs, mental<br />
training and exercise) and combines elements from both<br />
western and oriental, classical and alternative medicines.<br />
All guests can enjoy the wonderful spa facilities at<br />
the adjoining sister property, Adler Dolomiti. There<br />
they’ll find Aguana Waterworld, the biggest water spa<br />
in the Dolomites, featuring a variety of indoor and<br />
outdoor pools, good for both relaxation and exercise, as<br />
well as a panoramic whirlpool and multiple saunas and<br />
steam rooms. For those who simply want to unwind<br />
and be pampered, there are plenty of face and body<br />
treatments to experience at the Dolasilla Beauty and<br />
