� Provide internships with multi-national corporations<br />
(Coca-Cola, SC Johnson).<br />
� Language Technology development to provide more<br />
accurate machine language support that will assist<br />
linguists in producing a more accurate translation or<br />
interpretation and assist non linguists in understanding<br />
basic language meaning.<br />
Benefits to private industry such as more accurate and<br />
timely contract negotiations, improved product quality<br />
and sales through concept exchanges, and enlarging<br />
markets.<br />
RC Language and Cultural Priorities<br />
� Use <strong>of</strong> Army Reserve <strong>Intelligence</strong> Support Center<br />
(ARISC) for classified and unclassified language training.<br />
� Implement practical, constructive interactive language<br />
training and immersion.<br />
� Balance CTT and specified language training time.<br />
� Explicitly state expectations for language pr<strong>of</strong>iciency<br />
skills.<br />
� Improve Open Source Information System Document<br />
Exploitation (OSIS-DOCEX).<br />
� Adjust incentive programs.<br />
� Merge tuition assistance, Foreign Language<br />

8 to 16 hour language events i.e., community<br />
support for immigrants, lectures, fairs, tutoring on<br />
weekends other than battle assembly weekends.<br />
