Any time! Spend some quality family time together<br />

at RSPB Lochwinnoch! This event is not your usual<br />

kind – you do it with your own family in your own<br />

time! Simply pop into the Visitor centre any time<br />

between Thursday 29th Jun and Thursday 6th<br />

<strong>July</strong>, where the friendly staff will get you started.<br />

Then, visit different stations along our main<br />

tail to find some dragons! Cost: £3 per child<br />

(RSPB members £1) [Normal trail fees apply for<br />

Help our Rangers to track animals through the<br />

forest and identify the animal tracks you find or<br />

even a Gruffalo.<br />

Weave and Sma’ Shot Day<br />

Paisley - various venues<br />

Events are workshop and performance projects<br />

that take place in the school holidays for young<br />

people aged 3 - 18 in Renfrewshire. They are<br />

open to PACE members and non-members. Most<br />

events involve participants attending 1 - 10 days<br />

of workshops and rehearsals, culminating in a<br />

Clothes swap event with hands-on workshops,<br />

return for tokens - 1 garment/item in return for 1<br />

token which you can spend in our Swish boutique<br />

on the night! Take part in one of our hands-on<br />

‘Meddle and Make’ workshops from 6 - 7.30pm.<br />

Erskine Classic Car Show<br />

Intu Braehead 12noon to 5pm<br />

Come along to experience the fun and excitement<br />

of Erskine’s annual show with over 300 cars on<br />

display from old classics to super cars, live music<br />

and entertainment, car demonstrations, guest<br />

speakers, fun fair, raffles, pop up shops and<br />

much more. If you love cars, old or new then you<br />

can’t afford to miss this great day out for all the<br />

family. Entry is £5. Kids go free. All profits go<br />

Binocular & Telescope Open Day<br />

The town’s annual Sma’ Shot Day celebration –<br />

one of the world’s oldest workers festivals – is this<br />

year joined by a wraparound cultural programme<br />

called Weave, as part of the push towards<br />

Paisley’s bid to be UK City of Culture 2021. Free.<br />

Come and peruse a range of telescopes and<br />

binoculars, with knowledgeable staff on hand to<br />

help you find the right one for you! Our optics are<br />

competitively priced, with the added bonus that<br />

you are helping conservation. Cost: FREE.
