OB.17.03 Change to 1.1.2 & 1.22 Entry Limits
Approve: Unanimous
Motion carries.
Motion by Wesen: I move to accept this motion from the Obedience
Committee.
Effective Date: June 2017
Rationale: The Business Office requested this action. Not all clubs
were placing limits in their premiums. There was concerns that
some of the less experienced Show/Trial Secretaries were creating
workloads of more than 8 judging hours per day for judges.
The Business Office was contacted and responded that this
language should solve the problem in February 2017.
Motion by Laurie Rubin; second by Pat Pierce: I move we amend
Sections 1.1.2 Premium and 1.22 Limitation of Entries to clarify
that premiums must contain an entry limit and a statement of what
will happen when that limit is reached.
specified classes in the Obedience Trial will automatically close
