Winter South Island Youth Adventure Package - Min 10 students
per group OR package repriced based on actual numbers
NZ $8500 + 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax – min 10 *
*Includes accommodation as specif ied, meals as specif ied,
activities as specif ied, equipment as specif ied, personal guides
as specif ied. Payments by credit card or direct bank transfer will
incur an additional 3-5% fee.
Excludes
• Travel to and from New Zealand
• Airport transfers to/from
Auckland Airport
• Travel Insurance & Taxes
• Additional accommodation & Meals
• Additional Hosting/Translators/Guides
• Passport and/or visa fees for stays in NZ
exceeding 90 days

Terms and Conditions
Full payment 2 months prior to start date and payable on booking. Credit card bookings incur an additional 5% booking fee. International bank deposit incurs a
3-5% bank fee. All prices exclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%. Packages do not include travel to and from NZ or domestic travel or airport
transfers throughout NZ unless specif ied. Applicants must have parental consent and medical consent. Full and comprehensive travel insurance recommended.
Booking and Payment
On confirmation of a fi nal outdoor adventure booking, the client agrees to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This will allow Black Label Experience Ltd to make the
necessary bookings for the outdoor adventure to ensure firm bookings are held for the client. The final non-refundable payment of the final balance is due two months before
the outdoor adventure or on arrival in New Zealand. Black Label Experience Ltd has the right to cancel any arrangements and boo kings made for the client if full payment
is not received before the due date, event or arrival in New Zeala nd and will treat the trip/event as a cancelled booking until full payment is received.
