About <strong>South</strong> <strong>Island</strong> 8 day <strong>Winter</strong> <strong>Adventure</strong><br />
Over a week students will be immersed in the natural beauty<br />
of the <strong>South</strong>ern Lakes area learning valuable life skills and<br />
experiencing a range of activities to challenge their abilities<br />
and build on personal development.<br />
Set alongside stunning Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown is known<br />
as the adventure capital of the world.<br />
Over the first few days students will take in the sights of<br />
Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu from the heights of an ecozip<br />
line course and a hike up Queenstown Hill.<br />
A trip to Queenstown in the winter is not complete without<br />
time spent on the snow. Two days of fun-filled snow adventures<br />
are included while in the resort town, spent on one of the<br />
world famous ski fields – Coronet Peak or The Remarkables.<br />
They are breath-taking places to be!<br />
New Zealand’s <strong>South</strong> <strong>Island</strong> is an excellent location for<br />
outdoor education experiences.<br />
