Stephen Broadley as its new European<br />
Business Development Manager.<br />
Steve comes with forty years of sales and<br />
operating experience in Fire Protection. Bruce<br />

have Steve on board. His experience and<br />

TDSi has announced the appointment of the<br />
company’s new Distribution Channel Manager,<br />
Andy Cross.<br />
Andy started his career as an apprentice<br />
engineer for Chubb Alarms and progressed<br />
through roles including installation engineer,<br />
service engineer and engineering supervisor<br />
before moving to Business Development at<br />
Norbain SD and then onto Area Sales Manager for<br />
UK and Ireland at HID Global.support, both for<br />
sales teams and Integrators.”<br />
John Davies, MD of TDSi said, “With 29 years’<br />
worth of experience in the security industry, Andy<br />
is the perfect person to take the reins of our<br />

Katie Gibbs & Steve Proctor<br />
RBH Security Group has recently<br />
appointed two new key members<br />
of staff.<br />
Katie Gibbs joined the<br />
company in late 2016 as an<br />
addition to the already strong<br />
technical support team based in<br />
Evesham. Katie arrives fresh from<br />
her recent studies of Emerging<br />
Technology Level 3 for two years<br />
at South Worcestershire College<br />
and joins as a Technical Support<br />
Advisor.<br />
Steve Proctor (pictured) has<br />
joined RBH Security Group as UK<br />
Sales Director. Steve, previously<br />
of Panasonic & NVT, brings a vast wealth of knowledge and more than 35 years’<br />
experience in the security industry with him to significantly expand the access<br />
control business.<br />
CNL Software has announced in late 2016 that<br />
it has expanded its global sales team with the<br />
appointment of Simon Jones to the role of<br />
Sales Manager UK & Europe. Simon’s primary<br />
role will be to nurture the company’s existing<br />
customer relationships and to develop and<br />
expand the UK and European customer base in<br />
line with the company’s global growth strategy.<br />
With over 20 years’ experience in technical<br />
sales, Simon has recently completed a five-year<br />
tenure at Reliance High-Tech, where he was<br />
responsible for integrated security sales into<br />
various high profile accounts, including some of<br />
the UK’s largest police forces and Thames Water.<br />
Jeremy Furze & Scott Davis<br />
Hikvision UK & Ireland has announce the<br />
expansion of its Business Development Team with<br />
the appointment of Jeremy Furze (pictured) and<br />
Scott Davis both in the positions of Senior<br />
Business Development Manager.<br />
Jeremy’s experience in the security industry<br />
stretches back over 20 years with positions at a<br />
number of security manufacturers and national<br />
installers.<br />
Scott also brings a wealth of knowledge with<br />
over 10 years of industry experience having<br />
previously worked in security distribution for a<br />
number years and also in security manufacturing.<br />
On the appointments Jason Yang, General<br />
Manager for Hikvision UK & Ireland said: “Both<br />
Jeremy and Scott bring a vast amount of<br />
experience to Hikvision adding to the skills and<br />
knowledge of our growing Business Development<br />
Team. With ambitious growth plans for 2017 both<br />
Jeremy and Scott will add a great deal of value to<br />
