main contractor Karl Steiner AG and other general contractors
to submit bids.
■ 23 rd June 2006
Submission of general contractor bids:
Negotiations and awarding process.
■ Mid-July 2006
Start of excavation, spearheaded by architects Gisel & Partner
AG, Arbon.
■ 14 th September 2006
Contract between building sponsor and Karl Steiner AG
signed.
■ 19 th September 2006
First crane erected, perfect cooperation between general contractor
and master builder, ARGE Stutz AG/Bressan Baut AG.
■ 16 th Oktober 2006
Laying of the foundation stone in the presence of district
president Hans Peter Ruprecht and representatives of the
municipalities of Arbon and Roggwil, heads of the council
Martin Klöti (Arbon) and Werner Minder (Roggwil).
■ 4 th May 2007
Topping-out ceremony: Shell erected in only six
and a half months.
■ May – September 2007
Shell installations, HVAC, facade.
■ September – November 2007
Finishing work and completion.
■ 16 th November 2007
Final acceptance and fi rst phase of move into
new offi ce building.
■ 19 th December 2007
Shift to new location concluded.

in the presence of guests.
