It’s all a bit lost in the mists of time, but
surely it wasn’t that long ago?
And let’s not even talk about the
grouting or the impossible to remove
marks on the hob.
Throw in customisable LED lighting
options, economical appliances that
run at a whisper and it really does feel
like the 21st century has arrived. And all
this while saving space for the easy to
access, integrated wine rack!
Moving on then, time really does fly
doesn’t it? And surely it makes sense
that this all-important domestic
rendezvous point gets an occasional
facelift or refit?
It isn’t even about new for the sake
of vanity, or even keeping up with the
Jones’ (although their kitchen is just too
fabulous, darling!).
The latest kitchen designs afford the
use of just about every available inch of
space, with innovative storage features.
A bit like Heineken, refreshing the parts
older kitchens can’t reach!
From granite to quartz to new
composite materials, today’s kitchen are
streets ahead of designs even just a few
years old.
Breakfast bars are now islands, with
integrated appliances such as hobs
with their statement extractor fans
suspended above.
The ever-present family kettle is
becoming redundant with the popularity
of Boiling Water Taps, and all this with
electrical outlets and charging points
aplenty to gadgets, phones and other
essentials.
