akım faaliyetleri TEİAŞ ve Enerjisa Dağıtım Şirketleri tarafından
birlikte planlanacak. Bu sayede iki kurumun yatırım
ve altyapı iyileştirme çalışmaları sebebiyle oluşan elektrik
kesinti sayılarının aynı planlama içinde azaltılması sağlanacak.
Ankara’da pilot uygulama olarak başlayacak Entegre Bakım
Yönetimi Projesi’nin ilerleyen dönemlerde Türkiye’deki tüm
müşterilere fayda sağlaması hedefleniyor.

Atalay açıklamasında; “Entegre Bakım Yönetimi çerçevesinde
Enerjisa Dağıtım Şirketleri ile yapmış olduğumuz işbirliğini
model olarak geliştirerek diğer dağıtım şirketleri ile de
koordine ederek, müşterilerin kesintilerden en az oranda
etkilenmeleri için bakım faaliyetlerini daha planlı hale getiriyoruz”
dedi.
Enerjisa Dağıtım Şirketlerinden sektörde öncü bir proje
daha
Enerjisa Dağıtım Şirketleri Genel Müdürü Murat Pınar Proje
ile ilgili yaptığı açıklamada; “TEİAŞ’la beraber müşteri
memnuniyeti odaklı çalışmalarımıza bir yenisini eklemekten
büyük mutluluk duyuyoruz. Kamu ve özel sektör işbirliği
ile sektörümüzde bir öncü uygulamayı hayata geçiriyoruz.
Proje ile planlı kesintilerden kaynaklı müşterilerimizin yaşadığı
toplam kesinti süresini yüzde 25 azaltmayı hedefliyoruz.
Buradan elde edeceğimiz başarılı sonuçların diğer elektrik
dağıtım bölgelerine de örnek olarak uygulamaya alınacağına
inanıyoruz. Başkent EDAŞ’ın faaliyet gösterdiği Ankara’da
gerçekleştireceğimiz pilot uygulamadan sonra hedefimiz
çok daha fazlası, Enerjisa Dağıtım Şirketleri olan Ayedaş ve
Toroslar EDAŞ’ta da bu projeyi uygulama hedefimiz bulunuyor”

Tüm çalışmalarının odağında kesintisiz ve sürdürülebilir
enerji sağlamak olduğunu söyleyen Pınar, bu projeyi müşteri
memnuniyetini arttırmak için büyük bir adım olarak gördüklerini
söyledi. TEİAŞ ve Enerjisa Dağıtım Şirketleri arasında
kurulan bu değerli bir iletişim mekanizması ve işbirliğinin,
müşterilere en doğru çözümü en kısa sürede sunmayı
sağlayacağını belirtti.

The maintenance activities, that require electric cutouts
in order to prevent network failures, will be jointly
planned by TEİAŞ and Enerjisa Distribution Companies
with the Integrated Maintenance Management
Project. Thus, number of electric cut-outs occurring due
to investment and infrastructure improvement activities
of the two corporations will be ensured to be reduced
within the same planning. The Integrated Maintenance
Management Project,that will begin as a pilot project in
Ankara, is aimed to provide benefit to our customers in
Turkey the future in the forthcoming periods.
Abdullah Atalay, Chairman and General Manager of
TEİAŞ said in his explanation that; “We are making
the maintenance activities planned further by developing
the collaboration that we make with Enerjisa Distribution
Companies as a model within the framework of
Integrated Maintenance Management and also by coordinating
it with other distribution companies in order
to ensure the customers be affected from cut-outs at the
least rate.”
Another Leading Project by Enerjisa Distribution
Companies in the Sector
Murat Pınar, General Manager of Enerjisa Distribution
Companies, said in his explanation that he made
related to the Project that; “We are very happy to add
a new one to our customer satisfaction-oriented works
together with TEİAŞ. We are putting a leading implementation
into practice in the sector along with public
and private sector collaboration. With the project, we
aim to reduce the total duration of cut-outs, which are
experienced by our customers due to the planned cutouts,
25 percent. We believe that the successful results
obtained from here will be taken as an example for other
electricity distribution regions, as well. After the pilot
implementation that we will perform in Ankara, the
capital city, where EDAŞ operates, we aim to implement
this project in Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ, which
are also Enerjisa Distribution Companies.”
Pınar, who said that all their works focus on providing
continuous and sustainable energy, stated that they see
this project as a big step to increase the customer satisfaction.
This valuable communication mechanism and
collaboration that was established between TEİAŞ and
Enerjisa Distribution Companies will ensure to provide
the right solution to the customers as soon as possible.
