“Schmid Pekintaş Energy was established
as a joint venture in conclusion
partnership of the German
Schmid firm and Pekintaş Group
in Turkey. We are very happy due
to bringing over a 200-year experience
in the sector, of these 155
years belongs to Schmid and over
60 years to Pekintaş. We manage
our production with the utmost
modern totally untouched robotic
systems with the state-of-theart
technology at our facility in
Düzce. We continuously increase
our capacity utilization. We maintain
our R & D studies in line with
noteworthy and seamlessly contributions
of our partner which features
the technology leader. We
continue to offer the new products
and productive projects to
the market. We also try to offer
competitive products in the upper
level services. In 2017, we achieved
a very remarkable 6.5 MW project
on Şişecam Mersin factory as the
biggest rooftop installation one of
the biggest rooftop installations in
Europe. This project has become a
milestone. We have removed hindrances
many rooftop projects. I
underline especially the rooftop
projects, because our industrialists
need energy. On behalf of using
this potential we think that it
would constitute an outstanding
potential for our country. Continuing
rooftop projects increasingly
and also we also highlight and put
our potential an important side in
this issue. Also our exports in 2017
continue in 2018 as well. Our contributions
in surrounding countries
and the projects we have improved
in the geographies such as Kazakhstan,
Ukraine, Macedonia and Iran
as well as our deliveries and projects.
Solarex is the biggest meeting
moment of the sector. The sector
players come together, they host
their customers, also negotiations,
connections and assessments are
managed. I think the fair fulfills
an important duty and mission and
fill a gap in this meaning. I wish it
will be again very crowded, passing
3 days quickly, afterwards it will
leave good connections, important
friendships.”
