iklimsel duyarlılığına göre tasarlanan çalışma ortamları<br />
için perfore delikli metal güneş kırıcılar, güneşten kontrollü<br />
faydalanan cephelere yerleştirildi.<br />
Projede gelinen son nokta…<br />
Yapımı devam eden Yeşil Yerel Yönetim ve Kültür merkezi<br />
Binası’nın <strong>2018</strong> yılı sonu itibari ile tamamlanması hedefleniyor.<br />
Önemli yapı teknolojisi ve mühendislik eforunun<br />
sarf edildiği, işçilik olarak en büyük iş hacmini içeren kaba<br />
inşaatın yüzde 85’i bitmiş, toplam iş ilerlemesi ise yüzde<br />
45 seviyesine ulaşmış bulunuyor. A, D ve E bloklarda betonarme<br />
imalatlar tamamen biterken, kaba inşaat işleri de<br />
tamamlandı. Betonarme ve Çelik karkas imalatları birinci<br />
kat ve üzerinde devam ederken, bu iki blokta yaklaşık 7500<br />
m 2 ’lik betonarme ve çelik imalatı yapılacak. Kaba inşaatın<br />
ilerlemesine paralel olarak mevcut durum itibari ile sahada<br />
Betonarme, Çelik, Duvar, Sıva, Mekanik tesisat, Elektrik,<br />
Elektronik tesisat vb. iş kalemlerinde imalatlar tüm hızıyla<br />
devam ediyor.<br />
Perforated sunshades which are designed for working<br />
environments according to the climatic sensitivity of the<br />
work sections opened to the north and south sides, were<br />
installed into the solar controlled facades.<br />
Current situation in the project…<br />
The Green Local Administration and Culture Center<br />
Building, which is under construction, is expected to be<br />
completed by the end of <strong>2018</strong>. 85 percent of the rough<br />
construction, which includes the greatest work volume<br />
as workmanship, in which significant building technology<br />
and engineering effort is used, has been completed<br />
and the total work progress has reached to 45 percent.<br />
In the A, D and E blocks, the reinforced concrete works<br />
were finished and the rough construction works were<br />
also completed. Reinforced concrete and steel carcass<br />
production will continue on the first floor and above,<br />
and these two blocs will be made of reinforced concrete<br />
and steel of about 7500 m 2 . In parallel with the progress<br />
of the rough construction, currently, manufacturing in<br />
the area continues in business items such as concrete,<br />
steel, wall, plaster, mechanical installation, electrical,<br />
electronic installation and so on.<br />
