Ridge, from Carpenter Flat. A block <strong>of</strong> wood weighing 150 lb. and<br />

iron chain as strap around this tree was kept here, markings are still<br />

visable. Rocks have been blasted against this tree as well, in R.R.<br />

construction? But chain marks are here.<br />
