Stock option plans were adjusted to take account of the capital
increase held on 14 May 2009.
At 30 June 2009, the Pernod Ricard share price was €44.87, which
gave rise to an unrealised loss of €7,269 ,000.
Treasury shares: in accordance with CRC rule 2008-15 of
4 December 2008, shares to be used for stock option and free
share plans were reclassified as marketable securities.
